Meet Our Trainers

Danielle Tanner

Personal Trainer

Danielle has been weaving her way through a variety of different fitness journeys from CrossFit, Femsport,to competing in a few Powerlifting, last one making it to worlds in Calgary and most recently running a marathon. (Which she will never do again) but she's always up for some fun friendly fitness competition.

Outside of work Danielle is always on the go, as a mother of 4, chasing kids to football, dance and playing indoor soccer/flag football on her own. She also currently sits on the Executive Board for the Jr Coaldale Spartans football club as Secretary.

She’s always here to welcome you with a smile and any answer any fitness questions you may have.

Todd Hooper

Personal Trainer

From a young age, Todd has always been an athlete, excelling in various sports such as competitive hockey and pro motocross.

With a firm belief in "use it or lose it," Todd knows the importance of maintaining fitness and muscle strength throughout life.

He strongly believes that fitness not only transforms your physical appearance but also uplifts your well-being and extends your longevity.
